 n\nTuesdays\, March 3 - April 21\, 2026 | 3:30-5:30 pm\nOnsite | All are w
 elcome\nIn celebration of Pride\, and in partnership with Ruth's Table\, t
 his 8-week mixed media workshop invites older adults to explore identity t
 hrough layering\, symbolism\, and material exploration. Our identities are
  made up of many pieces\, memories\, experiences\, contradictions\, and qu
 iet truths\, shaped both by who we are as individuals and by the communiti
 es we belong to.\nUsing a wide range of accessible materials\, participant
 s will explore how images\, textures\, colors\, and marks can come togethe
 r to tell layered visual stories. The class includes gentle guidance\, mat
 erial demonstrations\, and playful experimentation\, along with practical 
 tips and techniques to support each participant’s creative process.\nThi
 s class is open to all experience levels and emphasizes curiosity\, self-e
 xpression\, and creative freedom. Participants will create mixed media art
 work to be featured in Ruth’s Table’s Pride exhibition in June.\nAbout
  the Teaching Artist: Aimée Duddridge-Picard is a French and British mixe
 d media artist based in San Francisco. She studied at Metafora Internation
 al Workshop in Barcelona and earned a BFA in New Genres from the San Franc
 isco Art Institute. She has worked with several San Francisco art gallerie
 s and nonprofits. Today\, she is a photo archivist and assistant to a Bay 
 Area photographer and works with Art With Elders\, teaching and supporting
  exhibitions. She also offers private mixed media art classes for kids\, t
 eens\, and seniors. Her personal artistic practice now focuses on collage 
 and mixed media\, with a passion for papier-mâché puppet and mask-making
